Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original receipt of the package date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. Return package must be postmarked within the 7-day allowance. All merchandise must be returned in original condition—unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. The shoe box may not be used as the shipping box and must be returned with the shoes in order to receive credit.
Returns: Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email and, if returned in the proper condition, store credit will be applied automatically to your store account. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the original purchase date.
Exchanges: Once the original item to be exchanged is received and inspected, you will be notified by email when the exchange has shipped. Please email at info@shopcharliboutique.com to check the availability of the exchange item before returning the original item.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: intimates, bodysuits, promotional items, seasonal items, jewelry, sticky bras, undergarments, items noted for final sale, or any sale items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including returns and exchanges.
